SD Forum conference: Cloud Computing and Beyond: The Web Grows up (finally)

posted Saturday, 27 September 2008

This week I am looking forward to a couple of Cloud Computing events.

On Wednesday October 1st is SD Forum's conference on Cloud Computing. The one day conference is taking place in Santa Clara, CA. I will be participating in a panel on Users’ Views of Utility Computing and Application Scenarios talking about my experiences using Amazon EC2 for Java development and deployment. It should be a fun day.

And, as if that wasn't enough, the evening before the conference there will be another Cloud Camp. This unconference starts at 6pm on Tuesday September 30th and takes place at Sun's executive briefing conference in Menlo Park.

I hope to see you there.
